Two brand-new skins are coming into Marvel Rivals. I am talking about The Punisher, Dangan Ronin and Namor Retro X-Uniform, as both of them are closer than you think to being added into the game store. The release date may vary depending on your region, but you can check out the shop offers between May 15, 2025, at 2 AM EDT and May 16, 2025, at 2:00 UTC (European time). Both of them look awesome, and I have to admit that these are the best skins yet for each character, in my opinion. But hey, let us know in the comments what you think?
The Punisher Dangan Ronin
No doubt, an amazing skin, looking badass in each animation. It will be a Legendary tier skin, meaning everything is changed, even the sounds. Allegedly, according to leaked footage on the official pages of Marvel Rivals on Reddit, we even have the chance to look at what we can expect from the upcoming skin of Frank Castle!
- Starting from the most notable thing about him, the two weapons of The Punisher. Both Adjudication and Deliverance will be completely changed visually, but it seems the sound effects will stay the same when the character shoots other enemies.
- The Scourge Grenade and Vantage Connection abilities will remain like the original.
- His eliminate the whole team mode, known as Culling Turret, on the other hand, will be changed visually, as the turret will be redesigned to really suit the skin and follow the Dangan Ronin style.
- The ultimate Final Judgement is the sweet spot of the skin, as The Punisher will transform into a full Dangan Ronin with one skeleton and dragon on his back, and of course, the two machine guns that will melt down enemies.
Ultimately, the skin has one major downside, and these are the sound effects that can be heard loudly when The Punisher uses his Vantage Connection, Culling Turret, and Final Judgement. That may not sound like a lot for some, but some players still struggle to understand when an enemy uses his ultimate or other deadly ability only by listening to the sound effects. In that case, this skin will make it easy for them.
He will be available as a bundle offer for 2400 units, but be quick, because when the offer ends, it will cost 3300. Like always, you will get the skin, MVP screen, spray, emote, and the Legendary goodies: animated nameplate and trailer.
Namor Retro X-Uniform
As I said before, despite the fact that Namor Retro X-Uniform is an epic skin, it will be the best one for the character, because the color scheme looks so well.
Nothing else, though, will be changed except the model for Namor, which is understandable for its rarity. If you decide to purchase it, the price in a bundle with MVP, nameplate, and emote will be 1600 units on sale and 2200 original. I am looking forward to purchasing Namor Retro X-Uniform, since he is my damage dealer main damage-dealer hero.
